We proudly offer 3 levels of Muay Thai Kickboxing:

Level 1:

This program covers the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing and is our most popular program.  No prior experience is necessary.  45 minutes of Bag Striking and Fitness Drills will get you in the Best shape of your life. 

Level 2:

This program adds more details to techniques and focuses on partner based drills.  The introduction of pad striking will intensify your workout while making you a more technical martial artists. 

Level 3:

If you’re looking to step in the ring or take you’re training to the ultimate level this is the class for you.  Adding sparring to your training in a safe and motivating atmosphere will push you to be your best physically and mentally.
